Ercol model 437 compact and stylish mid-century writing desk made of solid elm on tapered beech legs. Designed by Lucian Ercolani and made by Ercol in High Wycombe in the 1950s. This is manufactured to the highest standards using traditional methods with the exposed intricate dovetail joints. These are a an Ercol trademark and they run on the side panels and compliment the distinctively grained elm. This desk is in the light finish, a desirable and much sought-after iconic Ercol item.
